Vermicelli Royale

Serves 2

225 g vermicelli (wheat pasta) → works just as well with any other pasta!
150 g cream
2 tbsp shallots
A pinch of paprika
A pinch of pepper
60 g smoked salmon, in stripes

•    Cook pasta
•    Pour cream in a small saucepan and add shallots. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add spices according to taste
•    Add salmon to cream mix and simmer until cooked.
