Germans love cooked, steamed or fried animals - especially if they're served in their own innards!! Potatoes are THE basic food in Germany (I met people, who don't even eat pasta or rice). There're over 1,274 breweries and more than 5,000 different beers, lagers, draughts, ales or whatever else you might call the beautiful drink made of hop, malt and water.
