Tzatziki

Half a clove of garlic

2 big (Greek) natural yogurt

pepper

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

6 tbsp olive oil

a bunch dill

1 whole cucumber

·      Peel and press garlic

·      Add yogurt, salt and pepper

·      First stir in the vinegar then the oil

·      Chop dill and mix under

·      Peel and chop cucumber and add to yogurt

·      Keep chilled for 2 hours before serving
