Tuna and Penne

Serves 4-6

500 g Penne
90 g Butter

1 clove garlic, crushed
250 g mushrooms, in thick slices
200 ml tomato puree
185 g Tuna
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

•    Cook pasta
•    While pasta cooks melt butter and brown garlic. Set garlic aside and cook mushrooms in the same pan until soft.
•    Add tomato, tuna, salt and pepper. Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes → keep stirring
•    Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley
