Tortellini in creamy mushroom sauce

Serves 4

200 g mushrooms
1 grated rind of a lemon
60 g butter

1 garlic clove crushed
300 ml cream
Pepper
Pinch nutmeg
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
500 g ready to eat Tortellini
→ buy in the fresh food section

•    Slice mushrooms and grate lemon peel.
•    Melt butter in medium frying pan and roast mushrooms for approximately 30 sec
•    Add garlic, cream, grated rind, pepper, nutmeg and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
•    Add cheese and let simmer for further 3 minutes.
•    Mix sauce and Tortellini together and serve.
