Tagliatelle in blue cheese sauce

Serves 6

500 g Tagliatelle
30 g butter
2 zucchinis, sliced

1 clove garlic, crushed
100 ml white wine
100 g blue cheese
300 g cream
Pepper

•    Slowly cook zucchini and garlic in the butter until zucchini is soft. → not cooked though !
•    Add wine, cheese, cream and pepper. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
•    While the sauce simmers, cook pasta.
