Spaghetti alla Carbonara

serves 4-6

8 rashes bacon
500 g Spaghetti
4 eggs
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
300 ml cream
Salt
Pepper

•    Cook pasta
•    Cut bacon into strips. Fry until crispy and set aside.
•    Drain pasta and keep warm
•    Add eggs, cheese and cream to a bowl and mix thoroughly
•    When all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add bacon
•    Pour sauce mix over hot pasta
•    Cook pasta and sauce mix for approximately one minute on low heat, or sauce thickens.
•    Add salt and pepper
