Sicilian Spaghetti

Serves 4

500 g spaghetti
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

45 g anchovy, canned → works just as well with tuna
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper

•    Cook pasta
•    Drain anchovies and cut into pieces.
•    Heat garlic in a pan until soft then add anchovies and fry for 2 minutes.
•    Stir in the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
