Rote Grütze mit Sahne

Serves 4

500g raspberry

500g blackcurrants

150g sugar

40g corn flour

375ml cream

·      Puree berries and cook with sugar on low heat.

·      Mix corn flour with a little bit of water and add to fruits.

·      Don’t let the mix become too thick!

·      Pour fruits in little plates or a big bowl.

·      Let cool and serve with cream.

Mimi’s Tip!: You can use any berry for it. Best, however, are strawberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and raspberries. You can buy the berries frozen, it’s often cheaper than fresh berries.
