Potato Soup

Serves 4

2 onions, finely chopped

15 g butter

250 g potatoes, diced

500 ml vegetable stock

125 ml cream

salt

pepper

100g prawn, optional

·      Melt butter in a saucepan and fry onions

·      Add potatoes and stock. Boil for 20 mins

·      Puree or stain the mix

·      Add (prawns) cream, salt and pepper and let simmer for 10 min
