Peri Peri King Prawns

Serves 4

3 tbsp vegtable oil

3 tsp olive oil

2 tsp crushed chilli

4 cloves garlic

1 tsp salt

1 kg king prawns

75g butter

3 tbsp lemon juice

·      Mix oil, chilli and crushed garlic well

·      Add prawns to sauce and allow to chill for 3 hours, occasionally stir

·      Pre-heat grill

·      Lay prawns on a tray and pour remaining sauce over it

·      Grill for 5 mins or until prawns are cooked

·      Melt butter and lemon juice together. Sprinkle butter-lemon juice sauce over cooked prawns and serve hot.
