Mexican Style Spareribs

1 kg spareribs per person

5 tbsp Ketchup

5 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy

2 tbsp red wine

5 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp curry powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

Paprika

Tabasco

Worcester sauce

 

Marinate for about 2 kg ribs

·      Mix everything together

·      Add as much Tabasco, Worcester sauce as you like

·      Either marinate the ribs over night or keep brushing the ribs with sauce while grilling
