Meatballs 

Serves 4

500g minced beef

1 medium onion

2 slices of crust less toast, soaked in water

1 egg

salt

pepper

parsley

fresh garlic

flour

·      Dice the onion and cook on low heat until clear.

·      Mix minced, onions, toast and egg together. Season after taste.

·      Make sure everything is mixed thoroughly before forming balls out of the mix.

·      Roll the balls in flour and fry in butter or margarine until cooked.

Mimi’s Tip!: Taste perfect with potatoes and vegetables as side dish. Also, try it with mustard = just perfection!!
