Kartoffelsalat

Serves 6

1 kg potatoes

125 ml Beef stock

1 onion, in dices

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp mayonnaise

pepper

salt

200 g bacon, sliced

·      Boil potatoes in their jackets and cut into slices

·      Add onions t potatoes

·      Pour hot stock over onion-potato mix

·      In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth

·      Add sauce to potatoes.

·      Fry the bacon and stir into mix
