250g flour

1 tsp baking powder

90g sugar

1 pk vanillin sugar

1 tbsp rum essence

2 tbsp water

100g butter

white sugar crystals to coat

·        Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin, rum and water in a bowl. Mix well

·        Flake butter and add to mix

·        Form a 2-3cm thick roll and cut off biscuits, ca 0,5cm thick

·        Sprinkle some sugar crystals over the top

·        Bake at 200°C for 10 mins
