Fishfrikadelle


6 slices Toast, without crust
¼ l milk
600g fish, best white fish like haddock or cod

200g potatoes
50g butter 

2 eggs
salt
pepper
a bunch parsley
½ bunch chives
4 tbsp oil
flour

·      Peel and cook potatoes, then mash them

·      Soak bread in milk, and drain well

·      Fry fish and flake with fork into a big bowl

·      Mix fish and bread together

·      Melt butter in a pan

·      Mix butter, potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper and herbs with fish mix.

·      Form balls and roll the in flour

·      Heat oil and fry fish
