Fettuccine Alfredo

serves 4-6

500 g Fettuccine or Tagliatelle
90 g Butter

150 g grated Parmesan cheese

300 ml Cream

3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Salt

Pepper

•    Cook pasta
•    While pasta boils, melt butter in a medium saucepan. → low heat!!
•    Add cheese and cream and keep stirring until it’s boiling.
•    Drain pasta and keep warm
•    Add parsley, salt and pepper to sauce. Give it one or two more good stirs
•    Pour sauce over pasta and mix thoroughly
