Erbeseneierstich aus dem Ofen

Serves 4

450g frozen peas
8 eggs
½ tsp salt

½ granulated celery
6 tbsp cream
a pinch nutmeg
1 tsp paprika
125 g ham, cut into cubes or squares
30g butter

·      Defrost peas

·      Whisk eggs, sat, celery, cream, nutmeg and paprika.

·      Now add ham to egg mix.

·      Grease an oven dish and pour in egg-ham mix together with the peas.

·      Cover the dish and back for 30 minutes.
