Egg and Bacon Pie

Serves 6

Cheese pastry

25g butter

3 onions

4-6 rashers bacon

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

½ dry mustard

3 eggs

570ml milk

1 tsp chopped parsley

·      Melt butter and fry onions and bacon for 4 mins

·      Add salt, pepper and mustard..

·      Beat eggs in a basin, add warmed milk, drain oinion-bacon-mix and parsley

·      Spoon mixture into pastry

·      Bake at 150°C for 35-40 mins or until pie has set and browned
