Devil’s Prawns

Serves 4

600g frozen king prawns

1 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp granulated celery

300g rice à buy cooked, microwaveable rice

1 cup frozen peas

5 tblsp oil

2 bay leaf

lemon juice of one lemon

½ tsp Cayenne pepper or chilli

·      Defrost prawns and wash and spice with garlic and celery

·      Fry peas in a 1 tblsp oil for 6-8 minutes. Add rice and heat together. Set aside.

·      Fry the prawns in the remaining oil, 3 mins on each side, add bay leaf, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Continue cooking for 3 more mins.
