Chilli Pork

serves 4

350 g Penne
150 g belly of pork, or bacon

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ chilli, chopped→ dry or fresh or replace with ½ Cayenne pepper
425 g canned tomatoes

•    Fry pork in a pan. When cooked add onions and garlic.
•    Add chilli and tomatoes and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. → Don’t cover
•    Cook pasta
