Cheese Pastry

Makes 350g pastry

1½ cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

pinch of pepper

75g butter

¾ cups grated cheese

3 tbsp milk

·      Sift flour, baking powder, salt and pepper together.

·      Cut butter flakes and add to flour with grated cheese.

·      Bind until soft but not sticky with milk.

·      Roll out on a lightly flour surface, approximately 0,5 cm thick.
