Burmese Noodles

serves 4

325 g Chinese egg noodles
2 chicken breasts
3 tbsp oil
3 onions, sliced


3 cloves garlic, crush
2 tbsp soy sauce
Celery
Asian vegetable mix
500 g king prawns
Pepper

•    Prepare noodles, follow instruction on package
•    Cut chicken in slices.
•    Cook onions and garlic in a pot, when soft add chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
•    Add soy sauce, cover and cook until chicken is soft.
•    Add celery and vegetables and cook for further 4 minutes
•    Now add king prawns and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes or until cooked.
