ANZAC Biscuits

½ cup flour

1/3 cup sugar

2/3 cups coconut

¾ rolled oats

50g butter

1 tbsp golden syrup

½ baking soda

2 tbsp boiling water

·      Mix flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats.

·      Melt butter and golden syrup.

·      Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup.

·      Stir butter mix into the dry ingredients.

·      Place little amounts on a greased tray.

·      Bake for 15 mins at 180°C or until golden
