Bangers and Mash

Ingredients

Potatoes
Sausages
Milk
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg


Mimi's Tip! If you'd usually eat 5 potatoes, double the amount for your Mash. Also, soft boiling potatoes are easier to mash than hard boiling potatoes.

Now it's you turn:

1) Peel and chop potatoes.

2) While potatoes boil start frying the sausages - LOW HEAT 

3) Drain potatoes when cooked. Add a splash of milk and some butter and start mashing. Keep adding milk and butter until the mash is as fluffy as you love it. At last, add some spices to your mash.
